Dust and odors are more present in certain professional environments. Filtration cannot always be implemented effectively, therefore precautions must be taken to improve the condition of those who work there. Some of the many environments that are more evidently affected by it are:

Odors spread in a similar way, being carried by air currents and more so on days with low humidity. Contrary to powders, the nebulization of cold vapor alone is not enough. It is therefore useful to mix special substances with water, which naturally attack the odorous molecules, breaking them up. The nebulization therefore has the dual function of vehicle of the substance that breaks up the molecules and of odorous dust abatement.

It is necessary to circumscribe the area where the dust and odors arise. Where possible to delimit it, it is possible to reduce the intervention area, by correctly sizing the system, reducing its consumption. The perimeter of the area affected by the dust will be crossed by a thin pipe which has the task of carrying the water at high pressure. From this carrying line the flow of atomised water is distributed to the atomising nozzles. Depending on the situation, it is useful to use nebulizer fans for remote distribution of the cold vapour. Differently by making a grid that covers the area evenly.

The nebulizing nozzles are then positioned. The nebulised air flow will be distributed rapidly, reducing the electrostatic charges and making the particulate matter precipitate. Specific substances are mixed with the water flow to break up the odorous molecules making them inert.

Management costs are extremely low and are limited to little diffused water and minimal electricity consumption. The high pressure control unit absorbs less than a hair dryer.
