The Lucky 3 panel was designed and built to simplify the user experience and provide accessibility to all functions with just a few buttons. The display, although small in size, via icons, offers all the necessary information about the pump, such as the status (on or off) and the activation of the drain solenoid valve. In the upper part various symbols representing the various programs that are operational at that moment. Management via App further simplifies the user experience.
The weekly program is very useful when the pump is not installed in a manned place. It is possible to program the switching on and off of the pump and fans (if connected) daily or weekly, automating all production processes. In industrial environments, where it is necessary to maintain correct and constant humidity, the weekly program finds its greatest usefulness. The pump group is thus totally automated without the need for operator intervention.The weekly program also allows you to reduce the pump's operating costs.
Thanks to the Lucky3 panel present on many of the misting pump models we produce, it is possible to check the working hours of both the pump and the fans, if connected. Checking the working hours is very important to understand the state of use of the pump, especially for an issue related to the product warranty. The pumps equipped with the Lucky3 panel have an integrated Bluetooth module and via a smartphone it is possible to manage all the functions of the pump. Once the App has been downloaded, the main functions such as turning the pump on and off, setting the cyclic timer and more can be viewed on the smartphone. An intuitive user interface will facilitate daily management of the pump.In the event of an anomaly or alarms, the connected smartphone receives a notification, indicating the problem encountered.
If the pump is installed in an unattended place or in a technical compartment, using a practical radio control it is possible to operate the pump or the fans separately. The remote control can work at a maximum distance of 15 meters in an open field. If there is interference it is possible to install an antenna to increase the reception distance.The remote control has a lifespan of 1 year, after which the battery must be changed. The radio control is supplied as standard in all misting pump models with Lucky3 control panel.
Modbus is a standard communication protocol (machine to machine) that allows our misting pumps to interact with other devices such as PLCs. In the industrial sector the misting pump could be connected to the air conditioning management system and be able to work while maintaining a constant relative humidity considering the ambient temperature. Interaction between the two devices guarantees an automatism to improve environmental comfort. In the civil sector, many home automation systems use Modbus as a communication protocol.
It is possible to connect a digital probe to the Lucky3 panel to better manage the digital temperature and humidity in the rooms where the misting pump is installed.
