The production of our pumps, in particular the AXA model, is made in Italy in our production plant. All processing phases are automated but followed by qualified personnel. Each pump group is tested in every part, guaranteeing maximum construction quality. Our AXA model is not a traditional product: the high efficiency (98%) and the materials used make it an extraordinarily long-lasting pump, with a 10-year guarantee.
Thanks to the double water seals and the particular regulation valve, the AXA model has the ability to work even dry, without overheating problems. The pistons are coated in ceramic with a double hardening treatment. The high efficiency allows a pressure of up to 200 Bar even with a single-phase motor with an absorption of less than 14A.
The pistons used are made of AISI 316 stainless steel coated in ceramic. The ceramic guarantees better piston slip even in difficult conditions. The piston undergoes a double hardness treatment guaranteeing its quality over time. Thanks to the very low mechanical roughness, the AXA pump has the ability to work dry in Bypass conditions without wear on the seals. The multi-component oil seals, including graphite, guarantee less friction and better fluidity of the piston especially in intensive work. The aluminum flange is die-cast and made using numerically machines
Our AXA model has integrated a bypass valve which not only regulates the working pressure but guarantees safety in case of overpressure. The particular design allows for quick removal in case of maintenance. Furthermore, this special valve was created after careful study, allowing the pump to work with recirculating water without overheating or damaging the water seals. The large knob allows for a solid grip even when using work gloves. The materials used are of high quality: starting from the stainless steel piston and ending with the seals.
The AXA model is the only variable flow pump on the market. Thanks to a special flow control valve, it is possible to use this pump with a minimum flow rate to a maximum flow rate of water at a pressure of up to 105 bar without overheating. Therefore, with a single model, it will be possible to connect a very variable number of nozzles based on the area to be cooled or humidified. This advantage obviously reduces the stock in the warehouse. It is no longer necessary to use many models.
All components are rigorously made in Italy. The brass pump is processed internally in our production plant in Milan thanks to fully automated numerical control centers. The semi-finished products such as the piston holder flange and the internal aluminum components are always machined by our staff. The 900 rpm electric motor in continuous service is assembled in another production area and tested in compliance with the most sscrupulous national and international regulations in terms of safety.
The pump group and all its internal and external parts (excluding wear material) are covered by a 10-year warranty. This result was possible thanks to all the people involved, from the design, to the choice of materials and the technologies used for the manufacturing. The supply chain is entirely Italian: each mechanical component comes from certified and qualified suppliers and strict quality control guarantees its reliability over time. Quality for us is not only a source of pride but a truly important factor: no toys, tools.
The AXA model is equipped with double water seals which guarantee a superior seal to traditional models. The seals are made up of multiple components which ensure not only a long life, but also keep the pistons lubricated, ensuring superior sliding fluidity. Thanks to the double water seals, the pump can work continuously, intensively, even in critical areas such as in the dust abatement or harmful odor reduction sector In the case of water with impurities, the pump will be able to work properly without being damaged.
The installed motor is 6-pole (900 rpm 50 Hz. 1000 rpm at 60 Hz) guaranteeing greater silence than traditional models (< 50 dB). This important feature offers better electrical absorption and longer life. The extreme silence favors installations in environments with people such as restaurants, bars, recreational places, playgrounds etc. In industrial environments, low engine speeds favor continuous and constant work with an incredibly long pump life. Mechanical forces and friction are much reduced compared to traditional 4-pole motors.
